Delivery in the UK is charged £3 per order.

Stripe is our payment processor (Merchant). You may pay by connecting to your Stripe account (if you have one) or by using a credit/debit card - please select the appropriate option when requested.

We deliver within 15 working days from submission of your evidence.

Certainly. You're able to buy for multiple individuals within a single order. Just input their full names during checkout. However, it's important to understand that the medal and certificate will be dispatched solely to the account owner. Please be aware that there's a maximum limit of 3 people per account.

You can use screenshots of any health/tracking app from your phone.

We urge that you provide the proof once you have finished the distance to guarantee that no evidence is lost during your challenge.

All medals are meticulously inspected for quality before they leave our premises.

  • In the case of a medal being faulty or damaged during transit, please contact us via events.enquiries@athlefy.com.
  • If you were unable to finish your challenge, please email us to request an extension.
  • If you have not claimed your medal, you will receive two separate emails reminding you to provide your evidence for your medal to be sent. If we do not hear from you, we cannot guarantee stock of your medal.
  • We do not offer refunds for any challenges not completed or required.

As a non-UK resident, you are not eligible to participate since the event is exclusive to individuals within the UK.

Yes, your time can be changed. Please send an email to us with the details of the correction you'd like to make, and we will assist you in updating your recorded time.

We recommend that you use a tracking app to log your running/cycling activities during your challenge; any tracking software or watch will suffice. To receive your medal, you must first confirm that you have finished your challenge and submit your results. This might be a screenshot of your running app or a photograph of your watch.

Yes, you may switch from the Half Marathon to the 10K or change your chosen distance. Please send us an email with your request, and we will help you with the transfer.
